Advantages of Opening a Franchise with PINI INSURANCE
Your entrepreneurial story can start with one decision.
With Pini, that decision comes with support, experience, and a clear direction.
Training
From day one, you have a clear path: you’ll learn the business model, how to quote and close, how to run the office, and how to deliver a customer experience that drives renewals and referrals. This isn’t “theory”—it’s hands-on training with proven processes, guides, and support so you can move forward with confidence and speed.
Marketing
You don’t start from zero. You receive campaign structure, ready-to-post materials, tested messaging, and support to generate traffic and leads (digital and local). The goal is to keep your office moving consistently: more appointments, more quotes, and more sales—powered by a system you can repeat and scale.
Independence
You build something of your own: your office, your team, your growth. But you’re not alone—you get the support of an established brand, ongoing guidance, and a framework that helps you make stronger operational and sales decisions. It’s the ideal combination: the freedom to grow as an owner, with a team behind you when you need it.

1. Submit Inquiry & Complete Application
Start by submitting your inquiry and filling out our franchise application form. This allows our team to learn more about your background, goals, and interest in joining our insurance franchise network.
2. Consultation
Once we receive your application, our team will schedule a consultation to discuss the opportunity in more detail. During this conversation, we’ll answer your questions, explain our business model, and determine if the franchise is the right fit for both sides.
3. Review Franchise Disclosure Document
You will receive the FDD, which outlines important details about the franchise system, including fees, responsibilities, and operational guidelines. This step gives you the opportunity to carefully review the agreement and fully understand.
4. Sign the Franchise Agreement
After reviewing the FDD and deciding to move forward, you will sign the franchise agreement. This officially secures your position as a franchise owner and allows us to begin preparing for the launch of your agency.
5. Training & Agency Setup
Once approved, you will participate in our comprehensive training program. We provide guidance on insurance products, sales strategies, systems, and operational processes while assisting you with setting up your agency.
6. Grand Opening
After completing training and final preparations, your agency will officially open. Our team will continue supporting you with marketing resources, operational guidance, and ongoing mentorship to help your business grow, ensuring you have the support needed for success.

Franchise FAQ
What does the Pini Insurance franchise include?
It includes access to the brand, training, operating processes, sales tools, ongoing support, and a clear roadmap for opening, sales, and growth. During the evaluation call, we’ll share the exact package based on your city and profile.
How much does it cost to open a franchise?
Investment varies depending on the model (new office, conversion, multi-unit), location, and setup needs. To give you a realistic range, we first confirm your target area and goals, then share the full details during the presentation.
Do I need prior insurance experience?
Not necessarily. We look for candidates with sales ability and leadership. If you have experience in sales/services (for example: taxes, real estate, auto sales, or similar), that’s often an advantage. The training is designed to accelerate your learning curve.
Do I need a license to sell insurance?
In most cases, yes—and the exact requirement depends on the state. We’ll guide you through the right path (and possible structures with licensed agents) during the evaluation process.
How long does it take from applying to opening?
It depends on your situation (licensing, location, hiring, and setup). Typically, the process moves in stages: application → call → approval → training → preparation → opening. On your call, we’ll provide a timeline estimate based on your case.
